Becoming more aware and in tune with your mind body and spirit starts from within. Awareness is important in order for us to develop and grow as people. This can be evoked through different practices that help us delve deeper into our spirituality and in turn helps us to focus on the present moment and increases patience and tolerance. Practices such as yoga asanas, pranayama and yoga nidra can all aid us in making us more aware of ourselves.
