We believe strongly that yoga is for everyone if they want it, no matter gender, size, age, nationality, beliefs, financial etc. We also understand that yoga practice in a studio isn't always available or at hand for everyone, so we have come up with a solution to suit any person no matter what the cause. Yoga is a practice that enhances ones life for the better, and our mission is to guide and deliver yoga and meditation techniques that will aid you in your own perso yoga journeys and practices.

We offer personalised one on one online yoga classes and courses regardless of your backround. Just send us a quick run down of your fitness level and what experience you have with yoga and we will be more then happy to guide you virtually.
Suitable for indeviduals who may not have the option for an in person class or for those who do not like large groups. suitable for those who are complete beginners trying yoga for the first time but also those who have a regular yoga class who would like further guidance and training.
